The DAX40 index has shown an increase of approximately 1.8% from yesterday, successfully surpassing the 24,400 level and achieving a positive outlook. The strong performance of defense sector stocks such as Hensoldt, Rheinmetall, and Renk has supported this rise. Germany's PPI data has come in below expectations at -0.1%, indicating limited price pressures. Today, the focus of the markets will be on ECB President Lagarde's speeches.

While the DAX 40 Index maintains its positive outlook, it continues to have the potential to rise towards all-time highs as long as it stays above the 24,310 – 24,150 range indicated by the Envelopes indicator. In the event of profit-taking, the index may pull back to this critical area. However, if it falls below 23,800, a decline towards the 23,800 level could occur.
